By having our own roastery, Jangkar is committed to maintaining quality at every stage of the coffee journey — from raw beans to the final cup. Every step is carefully executed: from selecting the finest coffee beans from various top-producing regions in Indonesia, including local beans from North Sulawesi known for their unique flavor profiles, to the meticulous process of profiling and roasting tailored to the character of each bean.

With full control over the roasting process, we deliver a cup that is consistent, balanced, and distinctive — a flavor experience now enjoyed in every coffee served at Jangkar, especially in our signature espresso-based drinks.

This initiative is part of our mission to grow as a notable local roaster. Looking ahead, we are also preparing to launch Jangkar’s own manual brew, as a form of appreciation for diverse brewing methods and the rich flavors of each origin. While still in development, our passion to deliver an authentic and meaningful coffee experience continues to grow.
